Pete Bracegirdle - Co-Founder
Pete is a hybrid of business and strategic leadership. Working in the UK, US and NZ at TBWA\Chiat, McCann, BBH and Simons Palmer, he has led global and regional agency teams for some of the world’s most famous brands including Nissan, Nike, Adidas, Playstation, State Street (Fearless Girl), Mars Petcare and Twitter. Along the way he has established a track record for developing famous ideas that drive growth and for consistently delivering highly effective and awarded work including 7 Cannes Grand Prix, a global effie and an emmy nomination. He is a global effie judge and speaker.
Guy Moore - Co-Founder
Guy has a fantastic record of creative leadership in London at VCCP, Leo Burnett, AMV, Wieden & Kennedy and Simons Palmer as well as leading his own agency Malcolm Moore. He is probably most famous for Nike ‘Parklife’, when he first worked with Pete, and his highly successful work for McDonalds. The ’Just Passing By’ campaign and the signage outdoor campaign were awarded the first ever Creative Effectiveness Black Lion and the Cannes Grand Prix respectively.
