I work with B2B and eCommerce brands to get more value from the demand they’ve already created.
Most of the time, the fundamentals are in place:
- Strong brand
- Solid product
- Well-built website
- Traffic coming in
But revenue doesn’t scale with it.
Or no one’s really defined what should happen after the click.
I focus on that layer.
Not just building flows or sending campaigns — but making sure the entire journey is actually moving people forward.
That means:
- Looking beyond attributed revenue and vanity metrics
- Analysing cohorts to see if behaviour is changing over time
- Fixing drop-offs across the journey, not just optimising channels
- Replacing one-size-fits-all messaging with something far more targeted
The goal is simple:
make marketing work harder — without increasing spend.
I’ve led lifecycle and growth work across startups, scale-ups, and global SaaS companies — working across marketing, product, and sales to turn demand into measurable revenue.
I typically work alongside agencies or in-house teams where acquisition is working, but what happens next isn’t fully defined or isn’t performing as it should.
