After (too many) years in the Creative Industries, I know the special challenges that project-based SME’s & Micro-businesses face when serving corporate clients. I’ve learnt this first hand in the companies I‘ve founded, managed, & grown.
If you want bigger clients and bigger projects, but don’t want to grow too big in order to serve them, then grow in substance before size. It’s the way the industry is built.
