Hello! I’m Charlotte, a Leadership & Team Coach and Founder of Your Future Space.
For over a decade, I have developed strategies for people, teams and brands to achieve more of what they want at work. Before coaching full-time, I worked in Strategy for media agencies for brands such as IKEA, Vodafone, Chanel, Eurostar and Sainsbury’s, so I know how brilliant and challenging agency life can be.
I am on a mission to help everyone find more joy at work.
I do this in two ways:
- I help new leaders overcome self-doubt, shape their unique leadership strategy and lead motivated teams so that they can feel confident in themselves and build careers, teams and companies where people want to do their best work.
- I work with teams and agencies to empower and grow their leaders through workshops, group coaching and team away days so that they can get the best out of themselves and their teams
