The company began as FixMyTek, an award-winning tech service that scaled across four UK universities, trained 40+ staff, and delivered thousands of device repairs with high-efficiency processes. Casey is the founder of AgencyTech and leads the company’s strategic direction across IT management, automation, and AI adoption for creative agencies. He originally built FixMyTek, an award-winning technical services business that operated across multiple UK universities, trained 40+ staff, and delivered thousands of repairs with highly efficient operational systems. This background in building scalable, people-centred operations now shapes AgencyTech’s approach to modernising agency workflows, reducing technical friction, and guiding leadership teams through responsible AI adoption. Casey works directly with agency founders to align systems, security, and AI strategy to commercial goals.
Ben Oldham
Ben oversees AgencyTech’s automation, systems, and AI implementation work. With a background in technical architecture and digital operations, he specialises in simplifying complex tool stacks, integrating workflows across platforms, and developing custom automations that remove manual labour from key agency processes. He leads our AI enablement projects, including GPT workflows, data pipelines, and advanced automations, and ensures every implementation is robust, secure, and aligned with how creative teams actually work. Ben’s focus is delivering measurable efficiency gains and long-term scalability.
Ishaan Chauhan
Ishaan leads all IT operations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure at AgencyTech. His expertise spans device management, cloud systems, identity security, access control, onboarding/offboarding automation, and incident readiness. He is responsible for building the secure foundations agencies need to adopt AI safely — from device baselines and compliance processes to monitoring, patching, and resilience planning. Ishaan works closely with leadership teams to ensure systems are stable, proactive, and designed to prevent problems before they impact delivery.
