Member Bio
Our business is about understanding the difference between what people say and what they do; understanding behaviour and how to change it; and bringing clarity to the rational and emotional considerations that we all juggle as we make choices.
Key People
Sonali Patel
Sonali has been working in qualitative research since 2016. She has a passion for talking to people and understanding what they really think, with a particular interest in exploring cultural differences. Like most in the industry, she fell into the world of research and hasn’t looked back since. Her experience is varied; from exploring the world of data privacy in rural Zambia and Rwanda, to understanding lived experience of digital disadvantage across the UK, to testing behaviour change communications in the South West of England.
Tom Clarkson
Tom is an experienced communications researcher, with a particular specialism in sustainability. He’s delivered major studies for charities including Citizens Advice and the Woodland Trust, as well as for organisations such as Defra, the Environment Agency, Ofgem and Ofwat. He regularly works with media and creative agencies to inform campaign development and evaluation on issues relating to the environment. Away from work, Tom plays and watches as much sport as he can – particularly football, golf and running. He also speaks French and German fluently – with watching German football at the centre of his Venn diagram of interests.
