I’m a senior web engineer with over 20 years’ professional experience designing and building production-grade websites and web applications.
I work with Bristol-based businesses, startups, and creative agencies who want projects delivered clearly, reliably, and without unnecessary complexity. My role often involves shaping and delivering new web applications, making sensible technical decisions, and ensuring systems are built reliably from day one.
I’m comfortable working independently or embedding within existing teams, and regularly collaborate with designers, producers, and agency partners. Engagements range from leading full builds end-to-end to providing senior technical support on more complex or constrained projects.
My background includes bespoke web applications (including SPA-style front ends), e-commerce platforms, SaaS-style systems, and long-running WordPress and WooCommerce projects where stability and reliability are important.
I focus on delivering well-engineered solutions that stand up over time, rather than quick fixes that need revisiting shortly after launch.
