I’m Ben, a career and leadership coach based in Bristol and founder of Novera Coaching. After 15 years teaching internationally, I came home to focus on what I love most: helping people find clarity, confidence, and direction in their work and life.
I work with professionals and creatives who want to make a change but feel stuck or unsure about their next step. Coaching gives you space to think out loud, test ideas, and explore new directions with someone who’s fully in your corner.
