Annette Sloly is a Senior Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Performance Anxiety Coach with over 14 years’ experience supporting people facing stress, anxiety, nerves, and high-stakes pressure to stay present and confident when it matters most. Her clients include professionals, creatives, performers and leaders, both neurodivergent and neurotypical, working across law, healthcare, education, creative agencies, broadcast, the arts, skilled trades, finance, NGOs and beyond. Alongside her clinical work, Nettie is Co-Founder of Bristol Speakers Club, a voluntary community initiative supporting storytelling and public-speaking confidence through psychologically informed, body-based training.
She is also involved in Lux Nova, an interdisciplinary sound project exploring the creative possibilities of transforming scientific and astronomical data into immersive soundscapes, and will be speaking about the project at The Studio, Bath Spa University on 24 March.
London-born and Bristol-based, she lives in the city with her husband David Sloly and their teenage son, and draws daily inspiration from Bristol’s creative energy and strong sense of community.
