For over 13 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals overcome anxiety, stress, fear, and confidence challenges. As a Senior Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist, Performance & Confidence Coach (BA Hons., DHP, DSFH, HPD, CNHC, AfSFH, MNCH Reg.), I provide tailored support for both neurotypical and neurodivergent adults, offering online and in-person sessions to build resilience.
My expertise lies in guiding clients through high-pressure environments – managing workplace stress, public speaking fears, and performance anxiety. I have worked with professionals across diverse fields, including law, medicine, the civil service, and the creative industries. I have extensive experience supporting performing artists in live music, television, theatre, and conceptual arts, helping them navigate the unique pressures of public visibility, creative performance, and industry demands. Beyond performance settings, I have worked with writers, designers, and other creative professionals to build resilience, manage imposter syndrome, and maintain mental well-being in fast-paced, competitive environments.
Whether through traditional therapy in person or online or innovative approaches like walking and talking sessions, I aim to create a safe space where clients can find clarity, confidence, and transformation.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade in creative roles in London and Bristol, gaining invaluable insight into workplace dynamics, human behaviour, and emotional resilience. My lifelong passion for creativity- spanning classical music, acting, and storytelling – has given me a deep appreciation for both the joys of artistic expression and the pressures of performance, allowing me to offer empathetic and effective support to those in the creative industries.
