Amelie Coombs Student

Amelie Coombs is an illustrator and animator, originally from Cornwall. She is currently studying at Kingston School Of Art. Her work uses colour and composition alongside varied processes, from model-making to mono-print to communicate narratives.

This is a concertina focusing on human form and expression, using mono-print and charcoal.

Member Bio

Amelie explores themes such as storytelling, using varied processes. These include print, puppetry and stop motion animation, which work together harmoniously to help her tell narratives through her work, her own or other people’s. Her work aims to be socially engaging.
