Alderney is a Bristol-based film and television producer and agency Project/Account Director, best known for their work in animation and children’s television, and for championing people‑centred production practices. She is a BAFTA Breakthrough Producer (2025), recognised by BAFTA and Netflix for contributions to the creative industry, tv series, digital & marketing campaigns and production leadership.
Alderney has extensive experience across agency studio set-ups having overseen and grown multiple studios both as Head of Production and Project Producer, working across animation, live action, short‑form, and corporate content. They are adept at building meaningful client relationships based on trust and accountability without compromising the creative and is happiest managing and working across multiple short-turnaround projects requiring fast thinking and even faster pace.. With this experience she has strategically grown indie-level studios to be recognised globally, expanding their networks, credits and reputation allowing them to be seen as trusted and major players within the creative industry across digital formats for agency, corportate and advertising content.
