Alderney is a BAFTA recognised producer and accomplished Head of Production with a proven track record of developing IP to screen and managing multiple global productions across animation, live action, mixed media and digital content. She has a distinctive people-led style and has been recognised for bringing production processes and studios in line with well-being and DEI expectations and broadcaster/streamer compliance requirements.
Whilst acting as Head of Production at Sun & Moon Animation Studios, Alderney also personally oversaw and series produced multiple series concurrently, as well as developing a games and commercial slate within the studio all contributing to steady studio growth. Having a lengthy background in agency project management, Alderney is adept at fitting into projects and running as required and comes with a trusted network of contacts to bring fast-turnaround projects to life whilst growing client trust and satisfaction.
