Aimée Norman has 25 years’ experience as a corporate communications consultant for the international entertainment industry helping companies to define their messaging and leverage it across internal and external channels to better achieve their goals.
She co-runs Liberi Consulting with Janet Balmforth, a creative business PR agency which combines strategic industry PR with consultancy and coaching for presentations, pitches and interviews. The Liberi ethos is: successful business interaction is built on clear purpose, clarity of message and confident delivery. Its goal-led, 360-degree, internal and external communications expertise, coaching and consultancy can help on a project, retainer or fractional basis.
Aimée and Janet are also co-founders of The Growth Partners, in partnership with VJC Media, offering a ‘Get Investment Ready’ programme for SMEs in the entertainment industry.
They are regular contributors to conferences and training events on effective presentation, pitching skills and B2B communication strategy, and are consultants for Creative Enterprise under its Business Builder Initiative.
