We are looking for a top-class Digital Project Manager to join our team! Based in our swanky new office space in Nailsea, just outside of Bristol, Squarebird works with clients of all sizes, providing web and digital marketing solutions to firms big and small around the globe. Clients include Thatchers Cider, NHS, Lancer Scott and a host of other exciting names.
If you live and breathe digital, we want you. We are looking for a Project Manager to facilitate enquiries, identify opportunities, line up and oversee web projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will become a key part of Squarebird’s projects team, helping with the delivery of new and existing client projects.
The role will include:
- Working closely with the Projects Team Lead and Client Accounts Director to develop business with new and existing clients, related to SQB’s core service offering (websites, graphic design, content development, social management, SEO, consultancy and media production, etc).
- Outlining web/digital strategies and structures with clients
- Facilitating the delivery of all elements within a typical brochure website build, and proactively researching bespoke solutions where required
- Managing the strategy and implementation of all digital marketing activity
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to plan and execute digital marketing activity including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, social media management, and email campaigns
- Measuring and reporting on all digital marketing activity, assessing goals against KPIs, and ROI
- Supporting the organisation with best-practice project management philosophies to improve internal processes and ultimately, service delivery.
- Support the organisation with ensuring accuracy of billing sales and reporting

Required skills
- Experience overseeing web builds (with WordPress desirable)
- Excellent customer service, presentation, and sales skills
- PRINCE2 qualified (or working towards), or similar desirable
- Experience with finance and project management software (Quickbooks, company CRM etc)
- Knowledge/experience in the management, strategy, and implementation of web development/activity, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and perform
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data-driven thinking
- Knowledge about launching websites, meta-data and re-directs set-up
- Comfortable using Apple Mac
- Excellent written, communication, organisational and planning skills
- Confident managing client expectations at all levels
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience within the field.
