Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Executive to join our growing digital marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for the day to day management and performance of paid media campaigns across a varied portfolio of clients, working across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging paid media channels.
This is a hands on role for someone who knows their way around the platforms, is confident making optimisation decisions and enjoys digging into performance to find opportunities for improvement.

- You’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns, budgets and priorities across a varied client portfolio

- You’re proactive in identifying opportunities to improve results and make better use of client budgets
- You’re confident testing audiences, creative, messaging, bidding strategies and campaign structures
- You understand how paid media contributes to wider marketing and commercial objectives
- You’re comfortable presenting campaign performance, insights and recommendations to clients
- You communicate clearly and can advocate effectively when contributing to client meetings
- You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work
- You’re curious about new platforms, technology and how the paid media landscape is evolving
- You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a wider digital team
Who should apply?
We’re looking for someone with solid experience managing paid media campaigns who is ready to take responsibility for the day to day delivery and performance of campaigns across a varied client base.
You’ll work across paid search and paid social, managing campaigns through Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and LinkedIn, while also exploring emerging opportunities across new paid media channels.
You’ll be involved throughout the campaign lifecycle, including planning, campaign builds, budget management, optimisation, testing and performance analysis.
Working alongside our Account Managers and wider digital team, you’ll use campaign data to identify what is working, where performance can be improved and where there are opportunities to develop activity further.
You’ll also contribute your paid media expertise to client meetings, presenting performance, insights and recommendations with confidence.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being close to campaign delivery, takes ownership of performance and is always looking for ways to make paid media work harder.
Required skills
- Demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display
- Experience managing campaigns through Microsoft Advertising
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- Experience building, launching and optimising campaigns independently
- Experience managing campaign budgets, spend pacing and allocation
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign and conversion data
- Experience developing and running structured campaign tests
- Good working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and campaign measurement
- Good understanding of attribution across paid media channels
- Ability to monitor performance against agreed KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Confidence presenting campaign performance, insights and recommendations
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
