Job Description
We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our talented team and manage the day-to-day delivery of some of our most exciting accounts.
We’re an integrated brand agency with a dynamic team and a great roster of clients to match. With a mix of FMCG, sports, travel, audio and financial services accounts, we challenge brands to go further, developing multi-channel campaigns that deliver commercial success. We’re a switched-on, hands-on team, who love to work hard, impress clients and laugh (a lot) along the way.
As a saintnicks Account Manager, you’ll help translate our clients’ needs into actionable, informed, insightful briefs. Being inquisitive will come naturally to you, whether it’s getting closer to your clients to better understand their business challenges, or honing your skills through training, you’ll be eager to grow and develop within your role and will relish the variety of a busy, fast-paced role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years agency experience and be comfortable delivering medium sized multi-channel projects.

Required skills
- Capable delivering integrated projects for a mix of clients, spanning branding, digital development, social content creation, print and events
- Builds client relationships through good communication, day-to-day problem solving and responding to requests efficiently
- Manages project deadlines, estimates, budgets and sign offs with clients
- Interprets client briefs by asking great questions, working through and translating requirements into internal studio briefs
- Able to juggle and prioritise competing client demands and stay calm under pressure
- Maintains accurate and timely meeting reports and circulates these internally to keep all stakeholders informed
- Proactively manages client’s expectations to establish positive ways of working
- Implements best practice account processes i.e. weekly status reports, face-to-face meetings, meeting agendas, contact reports.
- Supports to achieve financial accurately, meeting monthly targets, raising invoices and reporting on job profitability
- Excellent attention to detail, written English and organisational skills
