- CRO – optimising websites for conversions, using Analytics and other tools to ensure the website is set up for commercial success.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with at least a few years of agency or in-house SEO and digital marketing experience. This isn’t a copywriting role, so if that’s your bag, this one’s not for you.
You’ll be very familiar with GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager, as well as SEO tools such as SEMrush and UX tools like Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
You’ll be a confident presenter and clear communicator, able to translate complex insights into language and actions that clients can see the value in.
Along with that, there are a few key traits that will make you the perfect fit:
- A curious character – you’ll be eager to know how things are going, what could be improved and stay on top of the latest trends.
- A keen bean – you’ll be inquisitive and want to learn new things as you go.
- An impact maker – you’ll be eager to know how your work performs and want to use that knowledge to make your work even more powerful.
- A devil in the detail – you’ll be comfortable in the minutiae and getting stuck into the details, whilst also being able to talk about it with clients without boggling them.
- A fun lover – we’re here to enjoy what we do and want you to add to the fun, too.
