The support you’ll have
You’ll be mentored and supported by the Project Director to further develop your project management, technical and operational skills and knowledge in the studio through quarterly goal setting, monthly catchups and opportunities to deputise for them as you progress.

The role
The Senior Project Manager sits within the Project Management Team who keep delivery sharp, seamless, on time and on budget.
The Project Management Team are the guardians of the plan and holders of the budget. They are the voice of the agency round the table – managing expectations and maintaining quality. They know how to take a brief and make it happen and get the right people in the right place at the right time. No surprises, no wobbles.
Project Management
Managing the direction of multi-channel or strategically complex projects through disciplined governance, scope management, and alignment of client expectations with agency capacity.
- Resource planning, and risk anticipation to ensure the teams deliver quality work, on time and on budget, ensuring we are working at a pace that is sympathetic to the needs of our clients, produces high quality work, and aligns with our capacity model.
- Ensuring designers, strategists, and production leads have everything they need to work a clear purpose and measurable outcomes.
- Creating time plans, booking meetings and events, collating amends, checking and sending files to clients and partners
- Inputting on costs and proposals and liaising with suppliers, to ensure the Relationships Team have everything they need to cost accurately.
- Supporting the Content Team on the planning of video and animation projects, arranging shoots and liaising with external suppliers.
- Playing a client-facing role in calls and meetings, developing strong relationships and raising our profile, spotting opportunities to demonstrate our value and keep our clients wanting more. Ensuring the PZ name is synonymous with great work that makes a tangible positive impact on those businesses.
- Checking that everything that goes out the door is error-free, meets client expectations and is produced to a high standard.
- Providing data inputs for project washups and representing the needs of the agency around the table in how we could improve efficiency, profitability and client satisfaction.
