Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Paid Media Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across paid search and paid social campaigns and proficiency with using advertising platforms such as Google and Meta.
Reporting to the Digital Activation Manager and working closely with the PPC Specialist, this role is responsible for delivering performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and emerging channels. The Paid Social Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and activity.

Required skills
Essential:
- Experience in Paid Social campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA), Google Looker Studio, Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights and suggestions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Highly organised with experience in handling multiple campaigns across several paid media channels.
Desirable:
- Experience in PPC management.
- Experience managing Pinterest Ads.
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design platforms.
- Some experience working with websites/brand sites.
- Previous experience with conversion focused paid media.
- Experience working with 3rd parties.
