Senior Account Manager (or Account Manager)
Location: Bristol /hybrid – office based 3 x per week
£35k-£44k
The Role
We’re recruiting for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join an established creative agency in Bristol.
Experience or a passion for the entertainment, media, music, film, gaming, technology, toys or wider popular culture sectors is key.
This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with clients and internal Creative, Production, PR & Comms and Influencer teams to ensure projects run smoothly from brief through to completion.
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, coordinating projects, keeping timelines and budgets on track and making sure work is delivered to a high standard.
It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client projects from brief through to delivery
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Coordinate internal creative, production and specialist teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, estimates and deliverables
- Keep clients updated and manage feedback and approvals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Support pitches and opportunities for further client work
- Work closely with Account Directors on key accounts
- Support and mentor junior members of the Client Services team
Required skills
About You
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within an agency
- Experience or a passion for the entertainment, media, music, film, gaming, technology, toys or wider popular culture sectors is key
- Strong project and client management experience
- Confident managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and project costs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
- Experience working across creative and production teams
- Experience with high-volume asset production,would be advantageous
