Moxie and Mettle are recruiting for a Business & Office Manager to join a growing business in North Somerset
This is a key, hands-on role covering office management, executive support, finance and HR administration, acting as the central hub of the business and supporting the CEO.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Bookkeeping, invoicing & payments (Xero)
- Payroll & timesheet management
- Diary and executive support for the CEO
- HR admin including onboarding & contracts
- Office operations, suppliers & systems support
- General business coordination and reporting
Required skills
We’re looking for someone with:
✔ Strong finance/admin experience (essential)
✔ Experience in Office Manager / Ops / EA type roles
✔ Confidence using Xero or similar systems
✔ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
✔ A proactive, reliable and hands-on approach
