We’re a small but mighty B2B PR and communications agency working with clients across technology, manufacturing, sustainability, software, events, and creative industries around the world.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Bristol.
This role would suit a recent graduate, someone with early communications, journalism, PR or marketing experience, or an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in PR and communications. You’ll work directly with clients, support campaigns from day one, and gain hands-on experience across media relations, content creation, social media, events, and strategic comms.
No two days are the same, and you’ll quickly become an important part of a small, supportive team where your ideas and contributions genuinely matter.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support the delivery of brilliant B2B projects for a range of B2B clients.
In a typical week, you might:
- Draft and schedule social media content across multiple client accounts
- Assist with the research and writing of blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies and website content
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases
- Build and maintain media lists and journalist relationships
- Monitor media coverage and compile campaign reports
- Support day-to-day client account management, including meeting notes, action tracking and project coordination
- Contribute ideas during campaign planning, brainstorming sessions and content development meetings
- Assist with event communications, content capture and on-site support where required
- Support the creation of agency marketing content and thought leadership initiatives
Required skills
We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- A willingness and ability to undertake occasional UK and international travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience filming and editing video content for social media
- Knowledge of PR, communications, journalism or content marketing
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Experience using Adobe Creative tools, Canva or similar
