Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director to lead a client portfolio across a variety of sectors.

You will be the day-to-day account management contact (with full support whenever needed) on a portfolio of clients, with the aim of managing and sustainably growing these accounts and building strong client relationships.

You’ll manage client relations and report on project development to ensure the timely implementation and delivery of all required communications while monitoring the results.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns and overseeing projects from start to finish, as well as working with members of our internal design and development team and liaising with suppliers. The role offers plenty of variety, and scope for developing a broad range of skills.

Required skills

Our ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of marketing, including social media and digital, and will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience – either agency or client-side.
