Job Description
Hurricane has exciting projects coming up and we are expanding our team. We are looking for a Junior Producer to work as part of our experienced Production team at our office in Central Bristol.
You will take responsibility for the delivery and oversight of allocated projects to ensure client satisfaction, both editorially and financially. This includes ownership of timelines, budgets, quality of output and customer journey.
You will also assist in the smooth operation of the production and studio teams.
We are a tight knit team that emphasises a positive working environment. Our agency delivers stand out work for a range of Internationally recognised brands and organisations. You will help Hurricane deliver on various projects, ranging from TV campaigns to animations.
Core Responsibilities
- Delivering live action, 2D and 3D animation projects from start to finish.
- Living and breathing production in order to manage multiple projects at once.
- Scheduling and planning projects to meet client needs.
- Booking and negotiating suppliers and resources.
- Budget tracking and forecasting in order to keep profitability.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining long standing relationships.
- Working closely with the studio team to ensure briefs are being met, whilst maintaining exceptional standards.
- When necessary booking and attending shoots.
- Associated administrative tasks linked with the running of all projects.
- Handling diary bookings for the studio and creative teams
What you’ll bring
- At least two years experience in a similar role within a creative agency, production company or the broadcast television industry.
- Strong understanding of workflows for production and post production.
- The ability to communicate strongly and clearly with clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment with a can do attitude.
- Creative flare and ideas with a desire to contribute towards productions.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and/or other similar office related applications
- Basic understanding of project management software/systems
- Full UK Drivers License
