Job Description
Freelance / Part-Time Marketing Manager
Location: Bristol (hybrid)
Company: Fueld Media Ltd
Type: Freelance / Part-Time (flexible hours)
About Fueld
Fueld is a performance marketing agency specialising in paid media and SEO, with a growing focus on health & wellbeing brands.
We’ve built a strong client base and have a clear direction for where we’re going.
Now we need to level up how we show up.
The Role
We’re looking for a freelance or part-time Marketing Manager to take ownership of Fueld’s marketing.
This is not a “content posting” role.
You’ll be responsible for how Fueld is positioned in the market – and making sure that shows up consistently across everything we do.
You’ll work closely with the founder and team to shape the strategy and execute it.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine Fueld’s positioning, messaging and tone of voice
- Translate business goals into a clear, practical marketing plan
- Identify opportunities to stand out within the health & wellbeing industry
Content & Execution
- Plan, create and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Write high-quality, insight-led posts (not generic content)
- Edit video and visual content to support distribution
- Turn internal knowledge (client work, insights, results) into market-facing content
Consistency & Ownership
- Own the marketing calendar and ensure consistent output
- Manage scheduling, publishing and performance tracking
- Keep momentum – this role is as much about execution as it is strategy
Community & Brand Presence
- Manage comments, engagement and inbound conversations
- Help build a recognisable and trusted voice in our space
What We’re Looking For
- Freelance or part-time availability
- Based in Bristol or nearby (with some in-person collaboration)
- Experience in an agency, paid media or ecommerce environment
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing
- Able to both think strategically and execute hands-on
- Comfortable with content creation, including video/image/ motion editing
- Someone who takes ownership and gets things done without needing constant direction
What Success Looks Like
- Clear, consistent messaging across all channels
- Regular, high-quality content going out every week
- Increased visibility and engagement from the right audience
- Fueld becoming known for its thinking in paid media within health & wellbeing
Why Join Fueld
- Real ownership – you’ll shape how the business shows up
- Direct access to the founder and decision-making
- Flexibility in how you work
- Opportunity to build something properly, not just maintain it
