The Role:
As the Client Services Account Manager, you’ll report directly to the Senior Account Manager and play a key role in delivering successful digital marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who’s not only detail oriented but also loves being a strategic thinker. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, are executed on time, and meet their goals. Collaboration is key, so you’ll work closely with other team members, including digital account managers and departmental heads, to nurture relationships and help clients grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day client relationships for SEO, Paid Social, and Paid Search projects, communicating professionally via email, video calls, and in-person meetings to build strong partnerships.
- Take ownership of client reporting, setting up and managing reports through our central dashboard and creating monthly summaries aligned with client objectives.
- Keep our CRM platform updated and ensure smooth workflow across all departments to meet both client and business goals.
- Spot new opportunities for clients to grow, such as cross-selling, refining budgets, and working towards retention KPIs.
- Work closely with our internal and external media teams to create engaging and effective digital campaigns that meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Don’t worry if you’re not a digital expert yet; we care more about your attitude than your current skillset.
Required skills
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in-house or at an agency (Senior Account Executive/Account Manager or Social Exec.), with some client-facing experience.
- Strong analytical skills – we love data driven decision making.
- Ability to set up and implement new processes to improve efficiency across teams.
- Clear and confident communication skills, especially with senior clients, helping them understand complex topics in simple terms.
- Organised and proactive, with a passion for taking ownership and delivering results.
- A creative mindset – bring fresh ideas to the table and think outside the box.
- High energy and enthusiasm – this role requires someone who’s motivated and loves working with people.
