Job Description
We are looking for a Webflow designer and developer with a strong eye for detail and a good feel for how to structure a build properly. Someone who enjoys the craft, keeps things tidy, and brings creativity into the process without overcomplicating it.
This is a freelance, project based role. After an initial conversation, if it feels like a good fit, we will start you on a project so we can see how we work together.
What you will be doing (depending on the project)
- Designing and building Webflow sites (Lumos framework preferred but not essential)
- Working with Figma files, components and variables
- Helping with UI layouts and design details
- Adding considered interactions and animation
- Creating clean, thoughtful and well crafted work
- Working directly with the Creative Director
Required skills
You will get on well with us if you
- Have a strong Webflow portfolio and understand best practice
- Enjoy good design systems
- Move comfortably between Figma and Webflow
- Communicate clearly and keep files organised
- Bring creative thinking and good taste to the work
- Bonus skills: motion, branding and experience with structured frameworks

- Remote (UK preferred)
- Ongoing work available if the first project goes well
