Location: Central Bristol (Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

About the role
As a Senior Account Manager at Fiora, you’ll be:
- Responsible for the day-to-day running and long-term growth of your client roster.
- Managing significant revenue, responsible for delivering clear financial reporting to the business and meeting client and business KPIs.
- The voice of both agency and client; able to clearly interpret briefs, get under the skin of your clients’ businesses and deliver work that goes beyond expectation.
- Working with your colleagues in Client Services, our project management team, our specialist teams and our external partners to ensure smooth execution of projects and to deliver ongoing retained work with high levels of client satisfaction.
- Developing great client relationships, becoming a trusted, true partner to your clients.
- Striving for creative and strategic excellence every day; working with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results and challenging yourself and the wider team to go further.
Required skills
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years experience working in Client Services in an agency environment.
- You may be a Senior Account Manager already, or an experienced Account Manager looking to step up.
- Strong experience in delivering projects across the marketing mix, with knowledge of both digital & traditional marketing practices.
- You’ll be a strategic and commercial thinker that continuously brings added value to clients and is able to think holistically about their marketing challenges.
- Expertise in both B2C and B2B marketing with a proven track record of managing projects with multiple workstreams and across multiple clients.
- You’ll be a problem-solver, with a practical approach and able to organise and run projects efficiently with a focus on client satisfaction and account profitability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A keen eye for detail, task management, analytics and reporting.
- A hunger to develop and grow at Fiora; you will seek to demonstrate, with our support, that you are not only acquiring expertise and skills, but are connected to the objectives of the business and those of your clients.
- Experience in managing paid media accounts is a bonus but not mandatory.
