Job Description
About Us
We’re a fast-growing music and live entertainment group, dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through events, tours, and cultural moments. From live shows and artist partnerships to venue operations and touring logistics, we work across the full spectrum of the live entertainment space.
We’re a small but impactful team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes and we’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Ticketing Assistant to join us and help take our shows to market.
About the Role
This is a hands-on ticketing role sitting at the heart of our events operation. You’ll be responsible for building and managing the ticketing for shows across our portfolio, working closely with internal teams, venues, agents, and ticketing platforms to ensure every event goes on sale smoothly and sells to its full potential.
Shows range from intimate theatre runs through to large-scale stadium events, predominantly across the UK with some global productions. Ideal for someone who loves live events, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure ticketing for our events across Tixr, and any other platforms used
- Manage ticket allocations, pricing tiers, on-sale dates, and event settings from initial setup through to show day
- Ensure all event listings and links are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across platforms
- Provide regular sales updates and reports for shows on sale to internal stakeholders
- Monitor sales trends and flag any anomalies or underperformance
- Compile post-show data and sales summaries to inform future planning
- Maintain accurate records and trackers across the ticketing portfolio
- Liaise with artists, management, promoters, and venues to gather event information and ensure accurate builds
- Act as a point of contact for ticketing-related queries from internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate with platform teams to manage inventory, resolve issues, and optimise listings
- Ensure ticketing practices comply with relevant regulations and platform policies, including data protection (GDPR) and consumer rights.
- Manage guestlist, VIP, hospitality, and comp allocations for shows
