Earworm is an exciting and fast-growing podcast agency specialising in producing high-quality audio content for B2B businesses, including FTSE250 and enterprise clients.
We work closely with ambitious brands to help them tell their stories, engage their audiences, and level up their marketing through compelling podcasts and audio programmes.

About the Role
We’re looking for someone to support our busy podcast agency in a range of tasks, included but not limited to:
- The recording of our podcasts on the web platform Riverside.fm.
- Researching guests & guest outreach
- Updating internal project management systems
- Podcast admin
This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, comfortable with creative tools, and excited about how podcasts are made from start to finish.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full production pipeline, working closely with producers and editors to deliver polished, high-quality episodes.
The hours will depend on the production schedule so may vary.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Recording & Session Support
- Assist with remote recordings, making sure that everything is set up properly to ensure a quality recording
- Help troubleshoot basic technical issues for hosts and guests (mics, headphones, internet, environment).
- Download recording files and save in the post-production folders.
- Pass on any production notes to the editor
Quality Control
- Listen through episodes and flag issues like clipping, reverb, mic rustle, or inconsistent levels.
Publishing & Asset Prep
- Support producers in drafting show notes and other assets required for episode
- Upload episodes and assets to hosting platforms (Co-Host, Captivate, Spotify, YouTube).
General Support
- Maintain organised project folders and backups.
- Updating our project tracker – Podplanner
- Researching guests for a variety of podcasts
