What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our Operations, Sales, and Shipping teams with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Managing customer orders and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries by liaising with clients and logistics partners.
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards across our global key accounts.
- Coordinating with our third-party warehouse and handling shipping documentation.
- Processing invoices, managing email correspondence, and ensuring data accuracy.
Required skills
- A methodical approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other standard office software.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (any industry background welcome).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
