Next Steps
If this sounds like you, please apply by completing our application form.
The application process is designed to help us understand how you think and work. The form includes three parts:
1. Written application
A short written section covering basic information and background.
2. Short clip research task
A focused, time-boxed clip research task to show your instincts, judgement, and how you approach a brief. This is not a full project.
3. Video application
A short video (around 7 – 10 minutes) answering a few questions we’ll provide.
This does not need to be edited or polished, a simple single take is absolutely fine.
We’re mainly looking to understand how you think and make decisions, not production quality.
If shortlisted, the next step will be a scoping and onboarding call to walk through the role, workflow, and expectations.
The final stage will be two paid trial projects, giving both sides the chance to see how the collaboration works in practice before moving into ongoing freelance work.
