Next Steps
If this sounds like you, apply by completing the application form and submitting a short video (around 7–10 minutes) answering a few questions we’ll provide. The video doesn’t need to be edited or fancy, a simple single take on your phone is absolutely fine. We’re just looking to get a sense of you, your experience, and how you think about editing and YouTube content.
If shortlisted, you’ll be asked to complete a short review and critique task, where you’ll assess and give feedback on an existing edit based on a brief. This helps us understand your approach to storytelling, pacing, and quality.
If successful, the next step will be a video call with the hiring team to talk through the role in more detail and answer any questions.
The final stage will be a paid trial edit project, giving both sides the chance to see how the collaboration feels in practice. This will be followed by a final call with Chuff before a decision is made.
