Required skills
The role: as Client Exec is to support the members of the Client team with the growth and ongoing management of their accounts through defined activities, projects or areas of ownership.
Client relationships
- Playing a client-facing role in calls and meetings for the accounts you are supporting on, developing strong relationships and raising our profile, spotting opportunities to demonstrate our value and grow the account, ensuring the BPZ name is synonymous with great work that makes a tangible positive impact on those businesses.
Project Management
- Using the variety of project types and accounts you are involved with to build your knowledge of how to successfully plan and manage workstreams across all touchpoints
- Ensuring that there is adequate project and resource planning in place to deliver your projects effectively on time and on budget.
- Organising photoshoots, meetings and workshops,
- Supporting with the accurate forecasting, costing and timely invoicing on the accounts you support on and projects you manage.
Skills and experience you’ll need:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a marketing, comms or advertising environment.
- Ability to carry out routine tasks with great attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and organise familiar and new requests from both external and internal clients, working to deadlines and prioritising your own workload.
- Ability to respond appropriately and confidently to detailed written and verbal client requests – using the most appropriate form of communication in new and familiar situations.
- Ability to work on your own initiative or with others on tasks with moderate supervision.
- Strong proofreading skills.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers in a professional way.
- Ability to interpret, evaluate and use data.
