We’re hiring: Finance Manager / Financial Controller
Office-based in Clifton, Bristol | FT OR PT Flexible (min of 30 hours per week)

This is not a back-office role.
You’ll be embedded in the 22-strong agency team, working with our MD, board and client teams to drive performance, shape decisions and keep our growth on track.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning day-to-day finance (AP/AR, month-end, reporting)
- Leading management accounts, forecasting & cash flow
- Partnering with teams on commercial planning using our agency management systems
- Managing the Agency Operations Executive

Required skills
About you & your experience:
- Agency or service business experience in similar role ideal
- Skilled finance professional who enjoys working closely cross agency teams & departments
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in agency. Experience of working with agency managing platforms like Synergist is preferred
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
- Proven ability & track record to manage & improve financial systems & processes
- Experienced with accounting software platforms like Xero
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in using AI to support financial reporting a bonus
