About Lucy and Adam

Lucy Wilson, associate strategy director, has shaped the strategic approach to EX at Mr B & Friends, leading its vision to make every lived experience a loved experience. Lucy takes a listening-led approach to employee experience redesign, culture diagnosis, and creative EX interventions. Lucy has helped shape employee experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable and loved brands, from onboarding to site closures and everything in between — EVPs, employer branding, comms and engagement strategies.

Adam Partridge, executive strategy director, is an award winning brand strategist who leads the Strategy and Planning team at Mr B & Friends. As an avid proponent of building brand-led businesses, the importance of ‘practicing what you preach’ – to both customers and your employees – is central to his approach. An approach that also drives how Mr B & Friends continues to evolve their own brand and agency culture, striving for the exceptional in all that they do.

This 30 minute webinar will involve introductions from the BCI team, a 15 minute presentation followed by a 10 minute facilitated Q&A. You can ask questions via the question/chat box during the webinar, or submit in advance.

More about our ‘Wake Up Call’ webinar series

These sessions take place every other Friday morning from 8.30-9am, for the BCI community to share their pearls of wisdom with one another. The half hour webinars will involve a 15 minute presentation followed by a 10 minute facilitated Q&A, with introductions from the BCI team. The sessions will be a mix of expert tips and tricks and case studies – the perfect opportunity to learn something new before the week is out.
