Are you looking to give yourself the essential skills require to manage and lead? This bootcamp is designed around building the fundamental skills required to step up into a leadership role.

Classes are one day per week for 10 weeks
Classes will be a mixture of teaching, group discussions and activities, individual learning tasks
All training will be face to face
The course covers essential skills like: becoming a supportive manager, maximising time, planning a project, creating a quality culture and performance management
