Interested in enhancing your team’s management and leadership skills with Agile Scrum Practices? Bath Spa University’s Skills Bootcamp in Agile Scrum teaches about the Scrum framework, including how to establish cross-functional and self-managing teams, and how to produce a working increment at the end of each work cycle/sprint.
The course is delivered online over seven weeks, with around six hours of learning per week. You’ll engage with industry experts in hands-on workshops, developing practical Agile skills you can apply immediately. The course also includes one exam sitting for the BCS EXIN Foundation Certificate in Agile Scrum in December.
Here’s what one of our previous learners had to say about their experience:
“I felt well supported on the Skills Bootcamp, and there was a good atmosphere to ask questions if I needed to. I’ve developed my understanding of Scrum and how to work better with Scrum, which has influenced and developed my team collaboration and communication skills.”
The Skills Bootcamps Programme is funded and managed by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority (WEMCA) and delivered by Bath Spa University. Thanks to funding from the Department for Education, this Skills Bootcamp is significantly subsidised.
If you are based in the WEMCA region and an SME employer (under 250 employees), the cost of this course is 90% off for individuals who work for you. If you are a large employer (with over 250 employees) you’ll receive a 70% discount for your employees.
The bootcamp will start on Tuesday 4 November for seven weeks, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:30am – 12:00p.
