Weston College are looking to work with creatives (including media, production, art and design – animation/fashion/product, performance, photography and more) in Bristol. We need employers to help shape future talent. The evening will be a collaborative and informal evening event for you (and any colleagues to attend) to meet our faculty and learn more about how you can shape and inform curriculum, access talent, endorse programmes and support pathways into work.

The Bristol Training Institute is our new training facility in the heart of Bristol – close to all the incredible creative businesses in the city. You will learn more about what Weston College, access free training options for your staff and share your knowledge/expertise with our learners. Weston College supports learners from 16+ at college level and A Level right through to adult creative and university courses.

Planned Agenda:
– Updates from Weston College Creative Arts and Design faculty and network over refreshments/light bites in a relaxed and informal environment.
– Forum – how can we support you/your business with future workforce talent?
– Detail how engagement, input and endorsement of our curriculum and career pathways from North Somerset into Bristol is in your reach.
– Gather your input – how we support, shape and grow a sustainable pipeline of talent that you can develop.
