The EntreConf Awards are back following the successful inaugural event last year.

The awards recognise entrepreneurs’ remarkable, clever businesses, highlight advisors’ support, provide great profile and deliver deep connections across the south west region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The 2024 awards night on 26 September at Aerospace Bristol is hosted by NatWest Accelerator leader Elly Rowley, with a keynote from Microsoft’s digital strategy director Richard Potter.

We have a limited number of EntreConf Awards tickets available as a special offer for Bristol Creative Industries members.

This year at SXSW, the world’s largest knowledge-sharing festival, we were struck by the feeling that we’re now on the cusp of what previously felt like a faraway future.

This led to a very different atmosphere. There’s always plenty of hype and hysteria, but this year the threats and opportunities felt less abstract than ever, taking us to more immediate possibilities of both harm and hope.

Come join TMW Unlimited and BIMA on 1st May 2024 to hear our analysis of what this all means – for human creativity and connection, the planet, and much more.

The event is free, breakfast will be provided. Book below!

As the sap rises and new-born lambs frolic, we’re excited to present the next chapter in our FUN-TURISM and CREATIVITY saga.

I am super excited and it’s not even something I think you need. It’s so much better than that… It is something YOU WANT!!

What is the number one reason businesses close within the first 3 years amongst other elements? Poor cashflow?

Yes, how did you guess that? And that is exactly what this is about.

Let me introduce you to how to go for an Afternoon Tea the Yarka K. way

Business Strategy day with a focus on Money Management

– Clearing off debt
– Pay yourself more each quarter
– Create habits to stay accountable long run

I have an opportunity to run a workshop there for up to 15 business owners to help them grow their businesses and the cash mindset and management system to support them on the way.

What is the workshop about?

Planning this event started with wanting to go out for an afternoon tea. If you know me at all you’ll know I LOVE CREAM TEA/AFTERNOON TEA. I then found the venue to do it in and if you haven’t been to De Vere yet – it’s impressive, magical, an absolutely stunning place. The big ideas we all have should not settle for anything less than De Vere.

Does even talking about money sound fun for you? Do you find it easy to talk about money?

No? Well, this day is going to change that and it will shake the ground you’re currently standing on

Sign up via the button below! Seats at the table are £147

Agenda:

Invest in yourself and your business. Or gift it if you have a friend you feel needs it.

A quarterly Meetup for Conversion Optimisation and Experimentation enthusiasts.

#CRO #Experimentation #UserResearch #Analytics #ABTesting

> Sponsored by Eclipse Group
> In association with Experimentation Elite
> Venue kindly provided by Atomic Smash and TCN UK

MAY’S TOPIC… SHOULD ALL ORGANISATIONS REALLY BE EXPERIMENTING??!
Come and join us to ask questions and share your own experiences.

5.00-5.30: ARRIVE

5.30: KICK OFF

5:40: TALK 1: “Stop saying I should do Experimentation!” – Ellie Hughes (a CONVERT regular) will give us a preview of her Experimentation Elite talk in June. She’ll explain why she thinks Experimentation and Testing are brilliant, but only in the right circumstances; it’s not right for everyone, all the time. Organisations need to understand when to Experiment and when not to.

5:55: TALK 2: Panel. We’re putting together a brilliant panel who’ll share their thoughts on when it’s right to test, when it’s best NOT to test and what you can do as an alternative.

6:10: DISCUSSION: Chance to ask questions and share your own stories & tips. Please come prepared to share.

6:20: 60 SECOND SHOUT OUTS: Your opportunity for an announcement. Recruiting? Event coming up? Help needed? Selling something? Shout about it.

6:30-7: DRINKS, PIZZA AND CONVERSION CHATS

7: Home? Drink? Paddle Boarding? Poker?
