Navigating the AI Revolution: The things you need to do to thrive in an AI future

BCI Workshop

4th Oct 2023

Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, BS8 1HP

There’s a lot of talk about AI these days. What’s clear is that AI is changing how we work in the agency landscape, and it’s doing so fast.

As clients and employees raise their expectations, it’s crucial for leaders of digital agencies to get the big calls right. Yet, in an atmosphere rife with chatter and uncertainty, identifying the correct path forward can be daunting.

Neil Collard will begin by introducing the 5 pressing conversations that he believes every agency should be having at board level about AI. The implications of these conversations may prove unsettling but the arguments are well constructed and create clarity about the nature and scale of the AI challenge, and the steps that are required to prosper in an AI driven future.

After setting the scene, most of the workshop will be about sharing practical strategies and steps your agency can take in the near and mid-term. This is all about shaping the way your agency works and behaves as we step further into the AI era.

By the end of the day you will:

  • Have greater clarity on the strategic implications of AI for your agency
  • Have a framework for the pragmatic adoption of AI technologies across your agency offering
  • A framework for getting your team on board
  • Develop a viewpoint on how the long term vision of your agency may change
  • Feel in control about taking advantage of the AI opportunity
  • You may also change your opinion on whether you can fall in love with an AI – but we don’t want to give too much away at this point

This workshop is aimed at agency owners/founders/directors running agencies with a wide range of AI maturity, including zero knowledge to those that are starting to reap the rewards.
