It’s rife in our industry and has a negative impact on people, projects and profits.

From underpriced / over scoped projects, to seemingly innocent client requests that will ‘only take 10 mins’ scope creep creeps in.

In this workshop we look at typical scenarios that allow scope creep and how to approach these scenarios next time – from behavioural change and better processes.

The goal – let’s put scope creep on the scrap heap.
