Following on from his first two talks over the summer, Spencer Gallagher, Co-author of the best-selling book Agencynomics and Co-Founder/CEO of the UK’s leading growth consultancy Cactus, will be joining us online for his third and final event: Future-proofing your Agency services.
Spencer will share some of the new planned updates to Agencynomics that have evolved over the past couple of years, as well as post-Covid.
He will talk about the importance of future-proofing your Agency’s services to protect you from commoditisation, to protect your pricing and to keep your services in demand.
We will also discuss how Agencies should approach evolving their services in the new environment of exponential, business and technical growth and transformation.
