This ILM accredited Level 3 Certificate is designed for upcoming managers, and will support you with key managerial skills, such as managing conflict, motivating your team and delegation.
This course will prepare you for a career in management and leadership roles, with tutorial guidance available throughout the programme.

How will I be assessed?
The assessment method will be a combination of written assignment and project work with an emphasis on practical management and self-reflection.
3-hour sessions will take place online with an expectation for individuals to continue self-study and assignments.
Tutorial guidance will be available throughout the programme.
Fees
• This course is fully funded if you are earning less than £21,255 a year, and currently live or work in a Bristol Postcode.
• If you do not currently hold a level 3 certificate and live or work in Bristol, the cost will be fully funded for you.
• The full cost is £499 per participant for anyone outside of this eligibility. Payment for the course can be arranged by invoice.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements, but candidates will need to have a good standard of English (grade c or 4+) and be either a practising or aspiring first line manager with the opportunity to meet the assessment requirements i.e. able to use experiences of how they could potentially look to manage people or projects within the assessments.
