Becoming a leader for the first time is a big shift.
You go from being a confident expert to feeling like a beginner.
It’s not just about getting your work done any more, people are looking to you for direction, opinions, and solutions.
You’re used to being good at your job and want to keep up your high standards, but taking on leadership responsibilities alongside your day job is starting to feel overwhelming.
It can be a lonely place to be.
You don’t want to tell your boss or your team that you’re struggling or unsure, for fear of looking like you don’t know what you’re doing.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Introducing ‘Confidence Accelerator’
