This one-day interactive workshop with The Industry School delivers immersive training for anyone project managing marketing projects. Using our process framework, a real case study and project documentation, attendees complete exercises at each phase of the project cycle from scoping to evaluation.

This problem based learning is a great method for project management training. We present a problem that needs a resolution – a key skill for any Project Manager.

About Ben Willmott, Trainer

Ben is an experienced project management, digital delivery and agile lead. He’s worked on web & app development projects across the banking, travel, media and finance industries and has a passion for creating delivery approaches that are adaptable to his teams & client needs. Through his training and coaching, Ben helps PMs develop their project management skills, productivity and mindset to become high-performing project managers.
