A lot has changed in a short space of time. So we’re back in a room.

A lot of AI events sell you on what’s possible. This one focuses on what’s actually happening. Join us as we compare notes on what AI implementation actually looks like in agencies.

Our roundtable is back, and five months later, a lot has changed in the world of AI.

Join David Wain-Heapy , Bachir Smahi(Prodigi) and Amy Simpson (Co-founder of PR agency Yours Sincerely) for a working session with 12 agency leaders deploying AI in their operations.

Details
When: Tuesday 13th October 12:30 – 14:30
Where: Temple 1852, Temple Campus, BS1 6QA
Duration: 2 hours
Cost: Free
Space is limited to 12 people. First-come, first-served.

What is the AI roundtable?

Twelve agency leaders in a room for two hours. Discussing what AI is doing in your business, and what it isn’t. Not what the vendors are telling you.

Bring a problem you’re stuck on, and the room helps you think it through. Bring what’s working as well as what isn’t.
Chatham House rules, so share what you learn, not who said it.

Why does this matter now?

Earlier in the year, Claude Code was something developers were tinkering with. Now senior devs are reviewing AI-generated code rather than writing it.

Clients have stopped asking whether they should be using AI. They’re asking why the work isn’t faster and cheaper.

And the token bills have landed. No one we’ve spoken to has a clean answer for how to budget consumption when a single prompt can cost pennies or pounds.

We’ve also started a new podcast, Aperture: Agency AI. One consistent theme: whatever you thought six months ago is probably wrong now.

Who should attend?

Agency founders and senior leaders making operational decisions. You don’t need to be “all in” on AI. If you’re trying to figure out what’s actually worth doing, you belong here.

Now, via the agency’s pioneering platform Visbly, Amy is helping household-name clients rework their PR and marketing strategy so it’s built for how people actually discover and understand brands in the new age of AI search.
