Senior Business Development Manager – Creative Production

Digital Sting Ltd

Job Description

Digital Sting is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of our new-business pipeline and help drive the next stage of growth.

We’re a Bristol-based creative production company working with brands and agencies across advertising, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and e-commerce. Recent projects include work for Vogue, GQ, Ralph Lauren and Hourglass Cosmetics.

This is not a junior lead-generation role. We’re looking for an experienced salesperson who can help us build a structured and consistent new-business function.

You’ll take ownership of setting up and managing our CRM, building a high-quality pipeline of target brands and agencies, identifying key decision-makers, prospecting and outreach, re-engaging previous clients, managing follow-ups and developing new relationships.

You’ll be expected to take opportunities from initial prospecting through to qualified conversations and, working alongside our founder, help develop proposals, negotiate and close new business.

Initially, we’re looking for someone around 1–2 days per week on a freelance basis. We’re open to increasing this for the right person as the role and pipeline develop.

We’re much more interested in quality than volume. We want someone who understands relationship-led B2B sales and can build a valuable long-term pipeline, not simply send thousands of generic cold emails with AI.

Required skills

Experience within creative production, advertising, marketing, content or agency services is highly desirable.

An existing network of brand, agency, marketing, creative or production contacts would be a significant advantage.
