Job Description
Homes & Antiques is looking for a Digital Content Creator to support its growth and deliver commercial aims by producing timely, engaging content that reaches audiences across multiple platforms including its website, Apple News, social media and newsletters.
This is a hands-on and varied role for a passionate individual who understands how great digital content works, and a natural curiosity for what makes audiences tick across various platforms.
You’ll be able to identify stories with strong discovery potential and turn them into engaging content that attracts new audiences, while maintaining the expertise and trust that Homes & Antiques is known for. This could include breaking interiors news, trends-based features, social-first content or short-form video ideas and will involve prioritising in line with the commercial strategy.
You will have a good knowledge of the interiors market and an understanding of the topics that matter to interiors lovers. You may come from a journalism, social media or digital marketing background, but most importantly, you’ll be excited about creating engaging and accurate content.

A bit about you
Essential:
- Proven ability to produce and manage digital content channels for a media brand delivering engagement and growth.
- Experience and understanding of managing social media channels and newsletters.
- An understanding of how content performs across modern digital platforms, such as Apple News, Google Discover and Google News.
- An understanding of Google Analytics.
- A talented writer who can quickly craft engaging original content and adapt existing material into online content.
- Comfortable fronting person-led content to create meaningful connections with a wide variety of audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and ensure tight deadlines are hit.
- A very keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
- An interest in interiors and/or antiques.
Desirable:
- Awareness of digital audience trends and how they influence content formats, angles and packaging.
- The ability to write engaging, platform-specific headlines that help content reach large interiors audiences.
- The ability to interpret data to understand content performance and shape future ideas.
- Experience adapting content for different digital platforms, including newsletters and social media.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently with knowledge of easy-to-use editing software.
- Familiarity using content management systems.
- Basic image and video editing skills.
- The ability to identify emerging interiors and antiques stories, trends and talking points and turn them into timely, engaging news and features.
