Role Description

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our creative team in the Greater Bristol Area.

This is a full-time hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work across a wide variety of projects – from cinematic brand films to fast-paced nationwide social campaigns.

As part of a small, collaborative team, you may also support other areas of production when required.

Required skills

The Ideal Applicant Will Have

Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro, with experience in After Effects and Photoshop
The ability to work with a Mac-based workflow
A passion for editing a wide variety of video content and creative briefs
Excellent shot selection skills and a strong eye for detail
Experience communicating directly with clients via email and phone
A positive, professional, and highly responsive approach to client communication
The ability to respond quickly to feedback and manage workloads effectively
A good understanding of colour grading and sound design
Basic motion graphics skills
Experience creating fast-paced, social-first content
The ability to work discreetly with sensitive footage and NDA projects
A flexible approach when deadlines occasionally require work outside standard hours
The ability to adapt workflows and processes to improve efficiency within the team.

Essential Requirements

3+ years of professional experience within the video production industry (freelance or in-house)
A portfolio/showreel demonstrating your editing ability
A full UK driving licence
The right to work in the UK at the time of application
