Job Description
Circomedia is a leading centre for contemporary circus and physical theatre. For more than 30 years we have trained, inspired and supported circus artists, students and communities locally, nationally and internationally.
We are seeking a friendly, highly organised and proactive Courses Administrator to support our team on a part‑time, permanent basis at our Kingswood site in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a creative learning environment and is confident managing a range of administrative tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating, updating, and managing timetables and schedule
Managing the reference library. - Using Microsoft Excel for data entry, organisation, tracking and reporting.
- General administrative duties including administering our Professional Members’ Scheme.
- Supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to smooth workflow across the organisation, liaising with team members where required.

Hours: 21 hours per week (flexible)

Required skills
Essential
• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
Desirable
• Experience of working in educational, circus or wider arts settings
• Previous experience of timetabling
